The Ministry of National Defense has stated today (11^th) that the Presidential Palace Strategic Consultant Senior General Luo Ben-li passed away on December 15^th, 2018. To mourn the loss of this respected commander, his public funeral ceremony will take place at the Jingxing Hall of the First Funeral Parlor at 9 a.m. on January 15^th, 2019.
